From Construction Expert to Professional Snagging Surveyor
With over 30 years in the construction industry as a qualified building contractor, I’ve had the privilege of working across nearly every trade, from initial site preparation to final finishing touches.
Holding multiple NVQs, I’ve built my career on the principles of quality craftsmanship and integrity. As a member of the Residential Property Surveyors Association (RPSA), I’m proud to bring this wealth of experience to help new homeowners achieve the peace of mind they deserve through a thorough snagging survey for new builds.
As I continued my work in construction, I recognised that maintaining the highest standards in new builds required more than just experience—it required a commitment to doing it right the first time. For me, that means conducting each inspection with precision and a focus on detail. Professional, honest, and factual is how my clients describe me, and I take pride in offering honest feedback with realistic expectations.
